Many rooms feature twin roll-top baths positioned in the bedroom, as seen in the Opus Loft suite praised by wedding guests. Bedrooms come with Bramley toiletries, a DAB radio playing classical music on arrival, and fresh milk in a mini fridge.

Guest reviews highlight the 24-hour residents' bar and the option to have breakfast delivered to the room.

Weddings & Events

The hotel provides exclusive use options for weddings, with event spaces such as the Gold Lounge and Blue Lounge that create different atmospheres for live music and quieter gatherings. Wedding coordinators Jenny and Shemek receive consistent praise for organizing bespoke details, from family-style roasts to midnight munchies delivered to guest rooms. The property also accommodates business meetings and private dinners in its versatile rooms, with capacities tailored to each group.
